Job summary

Pelham Media is seeking an Editorial Project Manager in Luxury to oversee benchmarks, craft strategic editorial proposals, and draft content for premium publications. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team and liaise with clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal candidates combine project management experience in luxury or publishing with exceptional writing in French or English, and strong attention to detail. Fluency in both languages is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager in communications, PR, luxury or publishing.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams of writers, editors, designers and printers.
• Excellent writing skills in French or English, with strong editorial judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from leading business schools or international universities.
• Spoken French and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Consult benchmarks and propose strategic editorial plans for clients.
• Draft texts and articles for various publications.
• Coordinate with clients, lead editorial meetings, brief designers and developers.
• Coordinate a team of writers and translators to deliver projects on time.
• Support business development by growing existing client accounts.
