Job summary

Grace is seeking a Marketing & Communication Project Manager Intern in Paris to join the luxury-focused team. You will collaborate with the co-founder and Chief of Staff to deploy and amplify GRACE's communications ecosystem, including the Podcast du Luxe, content creation, and activation campaigns with luxury houses.

As a final-year Master’s student, you will manage multiple projects, develop content, and support client relations, with hands-on use of CapCut, Canva, and Figma.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student in business, communications, marketing, entrepreneurship or related field.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, Figma and the Microsoft suite.
• Strong interest in luxury and tech industries.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Availability from July 2026 (formal internship agreement).

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-production: guest coordination, scheduling, interview preparation, and briefing.
• Organize filming sessions and ensure all logistics.
• Oversee post-production: KPI monitoring and budget management.
• Create content for social networks: blog posts, infographics, short videos.
• Develop the editorial strategy and publish on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Contribute to press relations and campaigns through content creation.
• Develop and execute acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns with luxury brands.
• Create and design brand materials such as pitch decks, presentations, and visuals.
• Analyze performance and propose ideas to strengthen visibility and engagement.
• Support customer-facing operations and cross-functional projects with Sales or Partnerships teams.
