Diptyque Canada Inc. is seeking a Brand Ambassador to foster luxury client relationships in our Canadian stores. You will engage clients with deep product knowledge, offer personalized styling, and drive sales across all channels.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, strong communication and organizational skills, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays. Competitive benefits and bonus potential are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
