Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive KPIs.
• Strong clienteling and retention focus.
• Comfort using store systems and tools to manage operations.

Responsabilités

• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to store sales objectives.
• Develop and retain existing clients; recruit new ones through all selling channels.
• Master Valentino product knowledge and tell compelling brand stories.
• Perform store operations per guidelines and support stock, transfers, and documentation.
