Le Collectionist is seeking a Chalet Manager to run daily operations of a luxury chalet with a private chef and hosts. You will lead front-of-house service, coordinate guest logistics, and act as the primary contact for in-chalet matters, delivering a highly personalised, discreet guest experience from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in high-end guest services, strong leadership, and fluency in English; French or German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily chalet operations with chef and hosts.

• Prepare breakfast and coordinate dinner service with the team.
• Maintain luxury chalet presentation and cleanliness daily.
• Coordinate guest itineraries and resort bookings.
• Manage inventory, orders, and health/safety protocols.
