Jellyfish in Paris is seeking a CRO/Experience Optimisation professional to lead high-impact campaigns for a luxury client. You will drive experimentation, measurement, and reporting across web and app, translating business needs into actionable roadmaps while mentoring junior teammates.

The role offers a hybrid Paris-based working model with a competitive gross salary and opportunities to progress toward a CRO Senior Manager position.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and professional-level English required.
• 2+ years of end-to-end experience in experience optimisation or CRO, including A/B/MVT campaigns.
• Ability to map customer journeys and analyse user behaviour in luxury/fashion sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to translate business needs into optimisation roadmaps.
• Serve as subject matter expert in CRO, experience optimisation, analytics and measurement.
• Conduct user journey audits, experimentation, and cross-channel campaigns for actionable insights.
• Define reporting and data-mapping needs and align timelines with strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and support operational challenges.
