Marc Jacobs is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Printemps store in Paris. You will be an Ambassador for the brand, delivering an exceptional client journey and building a loyal clientele to maximise profitability.

Key duties include embodying the brand image, managing client relationships, presenting product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards and stock control. English fluency is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
• Experience in selling RTW / LG.
• Passion for fashion and sales.
• A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience.
• Excellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
• Understanding of Retail KPIs.
• Fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Brand Ambassador: Excite and install passion and pride for the brand; embody the brand image for customers and the store team.
• Lead by example and demonstrate model behaviour representative of the brand with dress codes and appearance guidelines.
