Job summary

Misana Group on the French Riviera seeks a dedicated B2B development professional to expand our luxury partner network with hotels, yachts, and events. You will attend Monaco Yacht Show, MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival and build relations with partner teams and corporate travel managers.

Based in Monaco or Nice with regular coast-wide travel, you will report to the founder and work closely with the operations team, maintaining discretion and a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of B2B business development in luxury hospitality, travel, or adjacent sectors.
• Existing Riviera contacts in hotels, yachts, event agencies or related firms.
• Fluent English and French; conversational Italian is a plus on this corridor.
• Autonomous decision-making in a small team with limited processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Misana B2B partner network on the French Riviera.
• Attend industry events (Monaco Yacht Show, MIPIM, Cannes Film Festival) to build relationships.
• Report to the founder and coordinate with the operations team; travel along the coast.
• Monitor KPIs: active partner count, referral volume, partner retention; avoid cold outreach.
