A leading automotive supplier in L'Isle-d'Abeau is seeking a Manufacturing Trainee to lead continuous improvement projects, adapt tooling for new clients, and apply action plans on-site. This role offers a full-time apprenticeship opportunity within a multicultural environment that values diversity and collaboration. As part of your responsibilities, you will also organize performance indicators and operate various tools, contributing to the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading continuous improvement projects identified through flow analysis (VSM), such as reducing cycle times, eliminating Muda, and implementing new workflows.
2. Adapting TPM tooling for a new line for a new client.
3. Applying action plans on-site with supervisors and production staff (technicians and operators).
4. Organizing the reliability of performance indicators (TRP/DLE) following the merger of two entities.
5. Operating MES, Google Studio, and facilitating indicator synthesis with a partner Valeo site.
