Daily Tasks:

Team Supervision and Management:

• Coordinate operators responsible for the storage and shipment of products (sugar, pellets, syrups, vinasse)
  
• Directly manage the team at the Vic site and independently oversee operators at Berneuil
  
• Organize task distribution and ensure work instructions are followed
  Logistics Operations Monitoring and Control:

Inspect incoming products and ensure they meet company standards
Supervise the proper functioning of equipment (boilers, air conditioning, storage and shipping systems)
Check the quality of received goods, labeling, and the condition of packaging and pallets
Plan and monitor loading operations to ensure compliance and efficiency

Stock and Shipping Management:

• Perform system tests and adjustments at the beginning and end of each shift
  
• Conduct inspection rounds, take samples, and perform monitoring measurements
  
• Organize the reception, storage, and shipment of products in line with procedures and customer requirements
  
• Oversee silo and tank emptying and perform first-level equipment adjustments

Safety and Quality:

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and food quality procedures, including for external contractors
  
• Monitor work sites and ensure compliance with safety plans
  
• Identify and report any anomalies (quality, hygiene, safety, organization) and suggest improvements

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Complete tracking and recording documents for all readings and operations
  Fill out loading documentation in accordance with procedures and standard operating methods
  
• Report incidents and operational issues to theReception, Storage & Shipping Manager

Your profil:

Education:High school diploma in logistics or equivalent, or significant experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management

Experience:Previous experience in industrial or logistics sites is a plus
Technical Skills:Comfortable with IT tools and logistics software

Personal Qualities:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to react quickly and effectively to unexpected situations
Leadership mindset with a strong sense of fairness and equity
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a drive to improve logistics performance
