Job summary

Onet Logistics & Production is seeking a Team Leader to manage and motivate on-site operational teams, ensure service quality, and guarantee customer satisfaction in the logistics sector.

Reporting to the assistant site manager, you will oversee operations staff, schedule based on workload, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with procedures and health and safety regulations, while supporting continuous improvement and client relations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coordinating logistics teams.
• Ability to manage schedules and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and QHSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Organize the team’s work according to management priorities.
• Schedule staff based on workload and events.
• Conduct annual and performance reviews, and communicate training needs.
• Assist with recruitment as needed.
• Distribute workload according to specifications.
• Ensure team cohesion, accountability and wellbeing.
• Lead team meetings and monitor SQCDP.
