About the Position
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics & Sustainability Manager at Kraft Heinz. This role is based in France and involves working with a high-performing team, reporting to the Head of S&OP and Logistics France. You'll interact with senior stakeholders and focus on delivering results and continuous improvement within the French Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Management: Oversee our distribution network for Retail & Away From Home channels. Ensure warehouse capacity meets business needs and manage the annual logistics budget.
Transportation & Repacking: Maintain transportation and repacking performance to meet Kraft Heinz standards. Monitor logistics parameters, haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.
Cost Efficiency: Drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives. Lead projects, ensure savings, and benchmark best practices.
Sustainability: Develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses. Represent Kraft Heinz France in external ESG organizations and develop new partnerships.
Team Management: Manage and develop a team of functional experts. Participate in the French supply chain leadership team and drive the organizational and people review process.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in our logistics and sustainability efforts.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Mandatory experience in warehousing and distribution.
Additional experience in other supply chain functions such as planning, customer service, or manufacturing is an advantage.
Good understanding of FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Retailers, and 3PLs.
Fluent in both French and English.
Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI and SAP.
Experience in People Management is a plus.
