Job Summary

Operational management and coordination of assigned logistics categories/modes and related activities for Imerys PM EMEA minerals.

Operational and administrative logistics and stock management.

Manage orders and inventory at site level, supporting inventory optimization.

Communicate closely with internal stakeholders, including Purchase, Customer Service, Logistics, S&OP, and Sales, to understand requirements and constraints.

Set up, maintain, and improve system databases to manage carrier relationships, performance, contractual commitments, rates, and service levels.

Manage vessels for different lanes in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager.

Support initiatives to improve business efficiency and logistics quality performance.

Manage and complete small logistics projects within division parameters.

Provide backup for colleagues' activities when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Minimum of 3-5 years of logistics experience.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.

Proficiency with SAP and Google Suite is a plus.
