A logistics and warehousing company in Amiens is seeking a skilled individual to manage fixed assets and consumables in their self-operated warehouse. The candidate will handle procurement-related tasks and support the warehouse manager in liaising with headquarters for supplier onboarding and cost settlement. Proficiency in labor management processes is essential. This role will ensure accurate tracking of labor attendance and warehouse financial processes.
Responsible for managing fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse.
Handle procurement-related tasks for the warehouse; support the warehouse manager in liaising with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement.
Communicate labor planning needs with local staffing agencies, track labor attendance, and manage the LMS (Labor Management System) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Handle cost accruals for the self-operated warehouse.
