Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse.

Handle procurement-related tasks for the warehouse; support the warehouse manager in liaising with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement.

Communicate labor planning needs with local staffing agencies, track labor attendance, and manage the LMS (Labor Management System) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Handle cost accruals for the self-operated warehouse.

Job Requirements

• Experience or ability to manage fixed assets and consumables in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in procurement processes for warehousing, including supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement; able to liaise with headquarters sourcing teams.
• Ability to coordinate with local staffing agencies, monitor labor attendance, and manage a Labor Management System (LMS) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Experience with cost accruals and warehouse financial processes.
