The Logistics Manager will be responsible for:

• Logistics Strategy: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet company objectives.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing excess inventory.
• Transportation Coordination: Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiations.
• Supplier Management: Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Warehouse Operations: Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
• System Implementation: Implement and maintain systems and procedures for tracking and reporting key logistics metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
• Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and best practices in logistics management, and recommend process improvements and technology solutions as appropriate.

The Logistics Manager should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong track record of optimizing supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Fluency in English and [mention any other relevant languages].
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP systems, transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Certification in logistics or supply chain management APICS, CSCMP) is a plus.
