Logistics Expert Warehousing in Poupry W/M/D

The future Logistics Expert Warehousing will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of warehouse processes in Poupry, France.
• Serve as process owner for inbound handling (including labeling requirements) and claims management to further stabilize and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with LSPs, coordinate accordingly, and serve as the contact person.
• Enter operational data and KPIs into various software tools (including WMS) and perform analyses.
• Introduce and follow up on measures in case of deviations from KPIs, ensuring implementation and checking sustainability.
• Handle administrative tasks (e.g., purchase orders, invoicing, inventory quality management, scrapping).
• Implement new business models and customer requirements.
• Participate in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape.
• Participate in warehousing tenders, award contracts, and plan LSP changes.
• Implement process training for external service providers.
• Apply CIP methodology for continuous process quality improvement.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal customers and external suppliers regarding warehouse topics.
• Serve as the local process owner for the warehouse management system (BOWAS).
• Manage projects related to future warehouse process automation and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar.
• Profound knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing.
• Strong IT skills (e.g., MS Excel, Office, SAP) and analytical thinking.
• Autonomous, responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently and cooperatively with departments and external service providers.
• Willingness to work in an international team.
