Vallair in France seeks a Logistics, Customs & Aircraft Dismantling Manager to lead and develop the logistics operations across our Châteauroux sites.

You will oversee inbound/outbound flows, inventory traceability, customs compliance, and the coordination of dismantling activities for aircraft parts and materials, ensuring safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics and warehouse teams in an aviation or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of international trade and customs processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage and develop the logistics and warehouse teams at Châteauroux sites.
• Optimize inbound and outbound flows of aircraft parts, equipment and tooling across Mauguio and Châteauroux.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability and stock management.
• Coordinate import/export operations and liaise with customs authorities and carriers.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, including EASA Part 145 and MOE.

Vallair Industry is looking for a Logistics, Customs & Aircraft Dismantling Manager to lead and develop its logistics operations across our Châteauroux sites in France.

Join our international aviation group and play a key role in optimizing logistics performance, ensuring customs compliance and supporting aircraft dismantling activities.

Logistics & Warehouse Management

• Lead, manage and develop the logistics and warehouse teams at our Châteauroux sites.
• Optimize inbound and outbound flows of aircraft parts, equipment and tooling across Mauguio and Châteauroux.
• Ensure efficient inventory management, stock accuracy and full traceability.
• Coordinate resources, set operational priorities and drive performance in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
• Coordinate import and export operations across both sites.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements and internal procedures.
• Liaise with customs authorities, brokers, freight forwarders and international carriers.
• Monitor customs documentation, audits, discrepancies and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of customs processes.
• Coordinate the logistics activities supporting aircraft dismantling projects.
• Oversee the identification, handling, storage and traceability of recovered parts and materials.
• Ensure appropriate segregation of serviceable, unserviceable and scrap materials.
• Coordinate operational resources and ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with EASA Part 145, MOE, quality, safety and environmental requirements within the scope of responsibility.
• Support internal, regulatory, stock and customs audits.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead process improvement, standardization and operational efficiency initiatives.
