Logistics Coordinator - CDI - Paris

We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support our growing operations!

You’ll be part of the Operations team led by Alexandre Pegat, Head of Operations. Within the Logistics team, you’ll collaborate with:

Customer Relations: Ensure an outstanding customer experience at every stage from first contact to delivery.

Camille, your manager overseeing logistics and customer relations.

Paula & TouZeu, your fellow Logistics Coordinators.

Together, you’ll tackle logistics and customer challenges head-on! You’ll also work closely with the Sales & Ops teams to ensure smooth order processing and seamless logistics.

Objective: Manage client relationships and logistics ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management: Process ecommerce and B2B orders, create customer files, and manage purchase orders.
2. Delivery Coordination: Schedule and track deliveries, liaise with service providers, and oversee inventory.
3. Customer Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle incident follow-ups, and manage SAV tickets.
4. Billing & Dispute Management: Send invoices, follow up on payments, and resolve any disputes.
5. ERP & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in NetSuite (ERP), create new accounts, and handle quotes.
