Job Summary

Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Logistics Assistant with a focus on Logistics within our Medpace Core Labs (MCL)!

Responsibilities

• Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
• Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - OUS and US.
• Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
• Daily communication with the Logistics Team from the US
• Communicating with Local Customers for US shipments
• Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
• Organization of device inventory and related supplies
• Managing inventory software system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Level and/or some relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of ECG devices preferred but not required
• Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 30/40 pounds
