We are looking for a Logistic Project Engineer for one of our clients with the following details :

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Duration : 12 Months

Renewable : 6 months

Location : Paris - France or Copenhagen - Denmark

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or marine logistics experience or corresponding professional experience (ideally 10+ years)
• Advanced expertise in marshalling activities
• Previous experience in logistics processes including market analysis, international tenders, port services, standards, regulations, and procedures
• Experience in goods and freight logistics (OFW or Oil & Energy business)
• Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office
• Technical understanding of marine spreads and offshore operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English, with ability to work with international stakeholders and develop contractor relationships
• Focus on cost optimization and schedule adherence
• Experience in issuing technical and execution plans for marshalling
• Ability to work independently, review project documents, and produce structured reports
• Skills in mentoring, training, and competency development

Activities :

Promote H3SE culture and ensure safety compliance :

• Lead safety audits and risk assessments
• Contribute to emergency response planning
• Mentor logistics personnel and foster collaboration with stakeholders

Develop logistics and marshalling strategies :

• Implement and follow logistics execution strategies from studies to operations
• Define responsibilities and coordinate tender processes for marshalling and port services

Manage tender processes :

• Participate in qualification and tender preparation
• Lead technical reviews and negotiations

Develop and oversee logistics execution plans :

• Optimize yard layouts, vessel movements, and storage
• Oversee handling, lifting, and demobilization activities

Coordinate marine and construction activities :

• Develop marine coordination procedures and tools
• Manage documentation, vessel, and personnel records
• Participate in offshore installation planning and tender processes
