A niche consulting firm renowned for its deep expertise in local taxation is looking for a Local Taxation Consultant (Industrial Premises) to join its high-performing team. With a growing client base in the industrial real estate sector, the firm is seeking to bring accounting-based valuation expertise in-house and is now hiring for a January 2026 start.

About the Role

This is a hands-on consulting role, ideal for someone who thrives on technical complexity and values autonomy. You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of cases, focused on industrial properties assessed using accounting methods. You’ll work independently, while also being part of a close-knit, supportive team that values shared knowledge and collaboration. This is not a managerial position, but a deeply technical and operational one. Local Taxation Consultant Key Responsibilities

• Lead client cases related to local taxation, particularly CFE and TFPB
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, invoices, and fixed assets
• Apply accounting-based valuation methods to industrial premises
• Collaborate with the wider team through regular production and R&D meetings
• Ensure high standards of accuracy, rigour, and client service in all deliverables

Experience & Education
