Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Local IT Facilitator to join our team in Templemars, France. This 6-month fixed-term role will be the primary point of contact for all local IT escalations and services. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and support systems at the Templemars site, handling day-to-day IT service requests, break-fix interventions, and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Primary IT Contact: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all local IT escalations.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for:
- Network infrastructure
- Meeting room IT setups (Audio/Video/Connectivity)
- UPS power systems within the local datacenter
- Server, datacenter, and network equipment break-fix interventions
- Other local IT systems as applicable
- IT Project Coordination: Coordinate all local IT-related projects and requests, ensuring timely execution.
- Access & Intervention Planning: Facilitate access, interventions, and planning for IT-related projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Feasibility Input: Participate in meetings to review new IT requests, providing insights on feasibility, resources, and timelines.
- Routine Checks & Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks, preventive maintenance, and health assessments of the local IT infrastructure.
- System Availability & Reliability: Ensure the availability and reliability of critical systems such as servers, networks, UPS, and meeting room devices.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with regional/global IT teams and third-party vendors as required.
- Proactive Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about planned interventions, outages, or any issues affecting local IT services.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interventions, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions, and provide regular reports on service status, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and IT systems.
- Experience with UPS power systems and meeting room setups (Audio/Video/Connectivity).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience with IT project coordination and working with external vendors is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
