A leading hospitality company in Île-de-France is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to provide exceptional service to guests at their luxury hotel. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Hotel Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience in a 5-star environment. Preference for Russian-speaking applicants.

Job Description

  1. Welcome all guests upon arrival with the highest standards and assist with any requests during their stay.
  2. Anticipate and fulfill the needs of guests to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Greet all guests upon arrival and departure.
  4. Provide consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
  5. Coordinate and communicate effectively between guests and staff.
  6. Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact.
  7. Ensure sufficient stock of welcome beverages and maintain the welcome trolley.
  8. Respond promptly and courteously to all guest requests and inquiries.
  9. Resolve guest complaints and liaise with relevant departments for immediate follow-up.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • University degree in Hotel Management; freshers or candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Russian-speaking candidates are preferred.
