Job summary

Anotech Energy is seeking an experienced Start-Up Operational Manager to support start-up and operational readiness for a large LNG facility. You will lead operational readiness, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure a safe transition from commissioning to operations in a major international project.

Reporting to the Start-Up & Commissioning leadership, you will drive strategies, procedures and training to deliver safe, efficient operations and a robust handover to Operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in LNG operations and start-up activities
• Proven LNG project experience is mandatory
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Willingness to work in both office and site environments within an international setting

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Start-Up and Operations preparation activities
• Develop and implement start-up strategies, procedures and operational plans
• Support commissioning, start-up execution and transition to Operations
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Operations
• Interface with engineering teams, contractors, vendors and operational stakeholders
