Job summary

Anotech is seeking a Start-Up Operational Manager for a major LNG facility project. You will lead start-up and operations readiness, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient handover from commissioning to Operations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in LNG start-up and operations, strong leadership and English proficiency, and experience in large international industrial projects. Office and site work in an international setting are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in LNG operations and start-up activities.
• Proven LNG project experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

• Lead Start-Up and Operations preparation activities.
• Develop and implement start-up strategies and operational plans.
