Qualifications

• Diplôme de Master en droit français.
• Admis au barreau français.
• 1-5 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet respecté ou un service juridique en interne.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un soutien juridique dans divers domaines du droit.
• Rédiger et examiner des contrats commerciaux et d'emploi.
• Gérer des litiges liés au droit commercial et au droit des passagers.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support to various departments across different areas of law (Aviation, Commercial, Employment, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy, etc.), ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Draft and review a wide range of contracts, including commercial and supplier agreements, terms and conditions, policies, and handle day-to-day legal issues related to commercial and aviation law.
3. Draft and review employment contracts and manage employment law issues.
4. Manage litigation related to commercial, passenger, or HR matters, including debt recovery proceedings.
5. Identify legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them, ensuring legal compliance of operations.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in French law.
• Admitted to the French Bar.
• 1-5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation roles.
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Citizenship or permanent residence in France or Turkey (company does not provide work permits).
• Strong deal-making skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Team-oriented with a responsible and service-minded attitude.
