Qualifications

• Expérience de 1 à 5 ans dans un cabinet d'avocats ou un département juridique.
• Compétence en droit aviation, commercial, emploi et conformité réglementaire.
• Maîtrise du français, turc et anglais.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un soutien juridique général dans différents domaines du droit.
• Rédiger et examiner des contrats commerciaux et d'emploi.
• Gérer les litiges commerciaux et RH, suivre les aspects juridiques.

Job Description:

• Provide general legal support to various departments of the Company, in different areas of law (Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, Data privacy, etc.) ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations in the respective country.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and supplier contracts, terms and conditions, policies, and follow up on commercial and aviation law issues (day-to-day support), dealing with relevant authorities.
• Draft and review employment contracts, follow up on employment law issues (day-to-day support in individual and collective issues).
• Manage Commercial, Passenger, or HR litigations; follow up on legal aspects of debt recovery proceedings.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company’s operations align with legal requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master degree in French law
• Admitted to the French Bar
• Experience from 1 to 5 years in a legal role at a reputable law firm or an in-house legal department.
• Experience in both advisory and litigation
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Having citizenship or permanent residence in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
• Strong deal-making skills in resolving legal issues in different areas of law (adaptability, flexibility).
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed in a fast-paced, global organization with a client-oriented culture.
• Ability to multitask effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and deliver in a demanding environment in a timely manner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated a sense of responsibility and the ability to make accurate and effective decisions.
