Qualifications

• Admission au barreau français.
• 1 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet d'avocats ou un service juridique d'entreprise.
• Maîtrise du français, turc et anglais.

Responsabilités

• Fournir un soutien juridique dans divers domaines (droit de l'aviation, droit commercial).
• Rédiger et examiner des contrats commerciaux et des documents juridiques.
• Gérer les contrats de travail et les questions de droit du travail.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal support across various departments in areas such as Aviation law, Commercial law, Employment law, Regulatory compliance, and Data privacy, ensuring legal compliance.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial and supplier contracts, terms, conditions, policies, and handling legal issues with relevant authorities.
• Managing employment contracts and employment law issues.
• Handling litigations related to commercial, passenger, or HR matters and debt recovery proceedings.
• Identifying legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies to ensure legal compliance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree in French law and admission to the French Bar.
• 1 to 5 years of legal experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in advisory and litigation roles.
• Proficiency in French, Turkish, and English.
• Citizenship or permanent residence in France or Turkey (work permit assistance not provided).
• Strong negotiation skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
