Energy Jobline ATTB is seeking a Litigation Paralegal in Louisville, KY, for a full-time role supporting attorneys across all litigation stages. The candidate will need excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.

Key tasks include trial preparation, document drafting, case file management, legal research, discovery handling, and coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in civil or commercial law.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Kentucky court rules and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting documents.
• Manage case files and maintain documentation.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and deposition summaries.
• Coordinate filing of legal documents with courts.
• Schedule hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
• Organize client files and keep documentation up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff.
