Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 5 ans en litiges dans un cadre bancaire ou juridique.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais au niveau C1.
• Capacité à gérer des dossiers de litiges variés devant des juridictions françaises/internationales.

Responsabilités

• Gérer un portefeuille de dossiers de litiges en affaires civiles et commerciales.
• Conseiller les clients internes sur les questions précontentieuses et contentieuses.
• Assurer la gestion des enquêtes réglementaires.

Description du poste

You are joining the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team of Natixis' Legal Department.

On a daily basis, your tasks include :

• Managing a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial and criminal matters: defining the strategy, mandating lawyers, following legal proceedings, negotiating, transacting, etc.;
• Providing legal advice to internal clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters;
• Managing investigations of regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, BCE, etc.);
• Carrying out legal monitoring on topics related to your portfolio of litigation files;
• Ensuring reporting related to the disputes you follow.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

With a degree in business law, you have at least 5 years of experience in litigation related to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) files, within a law firm or a legal department of a bank.

You are proficient :

• In managing a portfolio of various litigation files before French and/or international jurisdictions;
• In regulatory investigations.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, good listening abilities, and are :

• Autonomous and responsive;
• Rigorous and analytical;
• Motivated by teamwork.

You master English at a C1 level.
