Une société dynamique recherche un Administrateur de bases de données Linux pour intégrer l'équipe Hybrid Cloud de la Croix-Rouge. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des systèmes RDBMS et NoSQL, en assurant la performance et la sécurité des solutions d'entreprise. Ce poste requiert une solide expérience en administration Linux et bases de données, ainsi que des compétences en automatisation. Vous serez également amené à coacher des collègues et à conduire des projets de migration vers des environnements conteneurisés.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en administration de bases de données dans un environnement multi-utilisateur.
• Expérience en exécution de MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL et MongoDB en production.
• Expérience avec des outils de log et de surveillance.

Responsabilités

• Implémenter des bases de données évolutives et veiller à leur performance.
• Surveillance de la capacité et optimisation des requêtes.
• Migration vers des moteurs open-source en conteneurs.

Responsabilités du poste / Responsabilities

**Commanditaire** : **Client** : ICRC **Contexte:** Within the ICRC Hybrid Cloud Product team, the Linux Database Administrator is owning technology of multiple RDBMS and NoSQL technologies. He/she is responsible to run and maintain enterprise solution for automated deployment/patching and efficient administration, that meet security, availability, performance, fast delivery and to support projects and solutions using these technologies. The DBA will implement the Product Owner’s vision. **Tâches attendues** • Acts as an Engineer to implement high performance scalable databases that can fulfil business / solution needs, based on recommendations from Product Owner. • Driven end-to-end availability, performance monitoring, and capacity planning for PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB using native and 3rd party tools. • Drive migration of many of those on open-source engines to containerization (either to OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Services). • Ensures Monitoring, Logging and Alerting is set up and integrated with monitoring tools accordingly to the standard and business requirements. • Acts as an expert to Identify query-language optimizations to deliver the best possible performance. Work with the Hybrid Cloud colleagues working on Core Infrastructure. • Act as a coach to support some of the colleagues in their technical knowledge. • Practices sustainable response and support in the incident and request management. **Compétences obligatoires:** • University degree in technical field along with minimum 5 years’ experience in administering mainly on-premises based multiuser environment with expertise in planning, designing, building, and implementing complex database systems. • 5+ years’ experience in running production MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Extensive experience with monitoring / logging / alerting systems. • Strong experience in Linux Administration (containerization would be highly valuable). • Strong team player able to share knowledge and to be autonomous when needed. • Experience in database containerization (best practices, methodologies, migration…). • Experience in working with cloud providers (Azure) on RDBMS and NoSQL deployment. • Experience in infrastructure automation / provisioning tools (Ansible playbook/ PowerShell). • Experience using Microsoft TFS, particularly the management of PBI. • Experience with Elastic Search and/or Splunk would be a plus. --- **Langues**: français et anglais **Localisation**: neashore **Taux d'occupation** 100 **Date de démarrage souhaitée**: 2025-07-13 **Durée estimée de la mission** : 2025 et possible renouvellement en 2026 **Commentaires additionnels**: --- Reçu de Corinne FABRE le 6/18/2025 5:21:51 PM
