Lifestyle Sales Manager, HOKA

The Role :

As the Lifestyle Sales Manager for France & BENELUX, you will be responsible for the long-term strategic growth of the HOKA trend business within your territory, supported by the Lifestyle Sales Director. Your duties include assessing current distribution and account base, developing a strategic vision, and building strong relationships with key trend and lifestyle partners. You will engage deeply in seasonal GTM processes, manage forecasts, assortment planning, sell-ins, and order management. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, develop and present comprehensive business plans, and contribute to projects that benefit individuals, the division, or the company as a whole.

Your Impact :

  • Support the strategic plan for the market and achieve the country sales targets and key business objectives.
  • Drive service excellence and implement strategic initiatives within your country.
  • Develop and manage sales within your account base, aligning with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare seasonal product forecasts for your accounts and support national forecasting efforts.
  • Enhance business profitability across accounts and communicate sales insights to the Sales Director.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company positively and supportively at all times.

  • Knowledge of building strategic roadmaps for logistics functions, including capabilities and organizational design.
  • Fluent in French with a good command of English.
  • A clean driving license.
