Novocure is a global publicly-traded oncology company developing a novel cancer treatment called tumor treating fields (TTFields) for solid tumors. Our product, Optune, is approved for glioblastoma treatment in the USA, Europe, and Israel. We are expanding into other solid tumor indications such as lung, pancreatic, and ovarian cancers.

We are seeking a Lifesciences Legal Counsel to support our Paris team. This role involves serving as a local legal liaison for healthcare-specific legal and compliance matters in France and Belgium, focusing on product communications and contracts with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), and Patient Advocacy Groups.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic legal counsel to French and Belgian business stakeholders, especially in commercial and medical affairs.
• Advising on product communication, promotional and scientific materials, and contracts with HCPs, HCOs, and advocacy groups.
• Liaising with government agencies and trade associations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participating as a legal advisor in projects such as communication campaigns and electronic platform implementations.
• Collaborating with legal, compliance, and other teams to develop compliant relationship strategies.
• Providing training on promotional content and related legal issues.

Your profile should include:

• A French legal degree with relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Experience in reviewing and approving marketing and scientific materials in France.
• Deep understanding of applicable healthcare regulations.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in an international environment is beneficial.
