Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events in Paris, France, is seeking a Project Manager - Meetings (Life Science expertise) to lead dedicated client programs. You will manage end-to-end event planning, from venue sourcing to on-site coordination, across multiple projects for a Life Sciences client.

You will act as the day-to-day planning contact, coordinating with clients, venues, and vendors while ensuring timelines, budgets and compliance. A hybrid work setup in Paris is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in meeting/program planning.
• Experience with Life Sciences client projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the travel industry and destinations.
• Experience with Cvent preferred.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program development and execution for client events, ensuring timelines and financial controls.
• Manage client relationships, offering best-practice guidance and cost-saving strategies.
• Prepare and communicate budgets; reconcile final budgets.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships for high service levels.
