BCD Meetings & Events in Paris invites you to join as Project Manager - Meetings for Life Science clients. You will plan and execute client events, source venues and manage relationships to ensure flawless delivery across destinations.

You will oversee multiple programs, act as the day-to-day contact for Client Event Organizers, and collaborate with clients and vendors to meet timelines and budgets in a hybrid Paris-based role near Gare Saint-Lazare.

Qualifications

• Experience in meeting/program planning.
• Experience with Life Sciences clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of travel industry and destinations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning and execution of programs with timelines and client financial controls.
• Provide guidance on best practices, compliance, and cost savings for events.
• Create and communicate budgets throughout planning with reconciled final budgets.
• Manage supplier negotiations and relationships for high service levels.
• Conduct venue research, preliminary budgeting, and manage the e-RFP process.
• Track attendee registrations and communicate with hotels on blocks and cancellations.
• Build client websites for information collection and registration while meeting compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely reporting, audits, and supplier billing compliance.
• Assist in developing SOPs and best practices across regions.
