MAIN MISSIONS :

The Commercial Business Division provides catalysts and adsorbents used in refining, petrochemicals, water and gas treatment. The Sales Operations Department, which manages the sales administration of Catalysts and Adsorbents at the BD, is now looking for a Products Sales Coordinator / Export Sales Coordinator to carry out missions related to the delivery of catalysts and adsorbents to our worldwide customers.

In collaboration with Sales Managers and in charge of a customer’s portfolio, you manage the commercial, administrative and financial information related to offers and orders of catalysts and adsorbents as part of the international export.

You are therefore required to manage the following sales administration activities :

  • the commercial part linked to the redaction of catalysts and adsorbents commercial proposals
  • the administrative part linked to products order in coordination with “Supply Chain”,
  • the financial part related to the order (bank guarantees, documentary credits, customer invoices, etc.),
  • the interfaces with sales support functions (Technology Group in charge of technical proposals and product operation monitoring, quality & legal departments, etc)
  • the different stages corresponding to the progress of an offer and an order in CRM and in SAP

KNOWLEDGE AND LEVEL REQUIRED :

  • You have a minimum of Bac +2 International Trade degree
  • You have 5 years minimum experience of International Trade in sales administration in the industry (ideally in chemical industry)
  • You are able to manage priorities and emergencies and know how to coordinate the different aspects of offers and orders with the relevant functional departments.
  • Communication, adaptability, autonomy and teamwork skills,
  • You are organized, thorough and have a real taste for customer satisfaction

ASSOCIATED SKILLS :

  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and an ERP such as SAP, knowledge of a CRM highly appreciated
  • Solid knowledge of letters of credit, international payment methods and sales and legal documents related to overseas export
  • Solid level of English is mandatory, additional languages highly appreciated.
