• Hold an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License: B1, B2, and/or C.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Appendix I to Part-66.
• Understand Part-145 and relevant regulations.
• Have at least 6 months of relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience within any two-year period.
• Practice human factors knowledge.
• Know EWIS and CDCCL.
• Have recent experience on at least one aircraft type for each license (sub)category within the last two years.
• Be current on all training requirements (recurrent/continuation training: HF, EWIS, CDCCL, DG, etc.).
• Be able to interpret and work with engineering documentation.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally regarding tasks and aircraft status.
• Use standard tools, special tools, and operate ground support equipment.
• Possess interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with colleagues, other departments, contractors, and customers.
• Be available to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
• Be willing to travel extensively to support customers across Europe and beyond.
• Experience working on business jet aircrafts is preferred.
