License Compliance Senior Investigator

Join Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering, as a License Compliance Senior Investigator in Gurgaon, India.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the LC and Channel teams to support program objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies as needed.
• Engage with other Geos to understand their strategies and share success stories to enhance the India License Compliance program.
• Drive legalization revenue aligned with WW LC/India Leadership goals.
• Ensure compliance leads and opportunities are accurately entered and maintained in the LC portal.
• Strengthen DS Ecosystem (Channels / VARs) participation in LC initiatives and raise awareness of LC processes and frameworks.
• Monitor deviations and initiate corrective actions.
• Create compelling presentations and business cases to demonstrate the value of licensed software and the legal risks of non-compliance to customers.

Qualifications

- Experience Range: 10 to 15 years

- Proven experience managing Enterprise accounts/engagements.

- Strong background in License Compliance, Anti-Piracy, or Software Asset Management activities and sales.

- Experience in audit and direct sales roles.

- Cross-functional communication skills preferred.

- Legal experience, including settlement agreements and enforcement, a plus.

- Skills in SAM and audits, investigative techniques, evidence collection.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving, data analysis.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of laws and regulations related to Copyright/IPR.

- Proficiency with relevant software and technology.

- Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, adaptability.

- Ethical and professional conduct.
