As a key member of the Vision Travel team, the Leisure Travel Advisor will be responsible for the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for Vision Travel clients. This role will work closely with Leisure Travel team members within the Regina, SK branch and report to the Branch / Regional Manager.

Expedition Expectations

• Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
• Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events, and personal networking
• Sell Vision Travel strategic supplier products
• Plan itineraries, book tickets, and arrange travel accommodations and services
• Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Engage in continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel

Passport to Success

• A minimum of two (2) years of travel agency experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills
• Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
• Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
• Demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
• Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills that lead to productivity
• Must be able to lawfully work in Canada
