We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Legal Team Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our Legal Department in Issy-les-Moulineaux. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a multidisciplinary legal team, oversee complex corporate and governance matters, and work in close coordination with Finance, Tax, and Regulatory departments in a dynamic international environment.
You have at least 7 years of legal experience, including a proven track record in team leadership—either in a law firm or within a structured in-house legal department. You possess excellent coordination and communication skills and can lead with empathy, clarity, and authority. You’re fluent in both French and English and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- Supervise the structuring and legal monitoring of the Group’s subsidiaries worldwide
- Manage legal documentation for corporate approvals, including for our listed holding companies in Paris and London
- Contribute to group-level financing activities, including guarantees and internal contracts
- Prepare Board documentation, monitor legal/regulatory updates, and support governance benchmarking
- Oversee cross-functional projects, including digitalization and external provider management
- Provide legal support on IP, insurance, employment, commercial, and procurement matters as needed
- Lead and coach a team of legal experts specializing in corporate law, finance, and governance
- Prioritize projects, allocate files, and ensure timely delivery
- Act as a key interface with internal departments to facilitate seamless coordination
- Minimum 7 years of legal experience with prior managerial responsibilities
- Strong background in corporate law, governance, and group structuring
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
