Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description

You are joining the NIMI Legal Department as Legal Product Operations & Coordination Manager.

The Legal Department of Natixis Investment Managers International, composed of 26 employees, ensures the legal security of management and marketing structures and operations (products, services, expertise).

She provides advice and acts in coordination with the various operational and support functions on behalf of the company and other companies within the group.

As Legal Product Operations & Coordination manager, NIMI’s Head of Legal supports you in managing the legal activities related to the development, launch, marketing and legal life of NIMI products.

You contribute to securing the activity of the Legal Department and, in particular, ensure: the management of service performance, support for transformations, improvement of operational efficiency as well as the management of relationships with affiliates and other internal clients. You will be the entry point for internal clients of the Legal Department, including affiliates, and help strengthen the culture of client centricity within the Department.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in finance, you have at least 7 years of experience in asset management or investment banking.
You master:
- the regulation of financial products
- the Legal/Product functions
- Project management is also required to carry out the various tasks.
- Specialisation in asset management and knowledge of FIA and UCITS products will be major assets.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
- Endowed with natural leadership, you know how to coordinate teams, assert yourself tactfully with various interlocutors, and rigorously manage complex cross‑functional projects in compliance with deadlines.
- Rigorous, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
You are proficient in English with a C1 level
