Natixis Investment Managers International (Natixis IMI) is seeking a fixed‑term Product Developer to join the Listed Assets team for a maternity leave replacement. Based in Paris with the option to work from home, you will lead projects from feasibility to implementation and ensure governance compliance.

You will collaborate with affiliates, distribution teams and Life Cycle colleagues in an international environment, contributing to products and processes within the NIMI ManCo.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or initial asset management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and portfolio management.
• Solid understanding of product engineering and asset management fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, organized, proactive, analytical.
• English fluency at C1 level.

Job Description

As part of a maternity leave replacement, you join the Product Development team – Listed Assets as a fixed‑term Product Developer.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

Lead projects for creating, modifying, and/or streamlining products under the NIMI ManCo from the feasibility study to the operational implementation phase,

Ensure compliance with internal product governance processes, notably through internal validation committees and workflow tools,

Manage interactions with affiliates and distribution teams, as well as with all contributing Product Life Cycle teams.
