Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a seasoned Data Protection professional to support the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance and the DPO. The role focuses on strengthening data protection practices across the organization and ensuring compliant contract practices.

The candidate will draft data protection clauses, organize policies, run DPIAs and organize training, with fluency in English and French and experience in project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in law with a strong compliance/data protection component.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Data Protection.
• Experience in project management.
• English and French languages; third language a plus.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Draft Data Protection clauses in contracts and participate in contract negotiation.
• Organize, monitor and help draft, implement and improve Group policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out Privacy by Design assessments.
• Participate in the update of the ROPA.
• Assist in DPIAs.
• Help in the coordination of the DPO Network.
• Organize relevant documentation for audit purposes.
• Organize training sessions.
• Provide reports.
• Respond to internal questions on data protection.

Main objectives :

Missions :

The post holder assists the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance and the DPO in a number of tasks, including the following:

• Draft Data Protection clauses in contracts and participate in contract negotiation

Profile requirement

Previous experience :

• A previous experience in Data Protection (minimum 5 years)
• Experience in project management

Education level / certificates:

Degree in law with a strong compliance/data protection component

Languages :

English and French, a third language would be a plus

Computer skills and software used:

Google suite, MS Office
