Your mission, roles, and responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our team!

Our Interiors division seeks a Legal Trainee for its headquarters in Nanterre.

The legal team supporting Faurecia Group's Interiors division assists with major industrial partnerships, M&A transactions, technology agreements, purchase and sale contracts with customers and suppliers, restructuring operations, and litigation worldwide.

You will be working on meaningful challenges

Within the Faurecia Interiors legal team, the intern's main role will be to support lawyers and the Legal Director in matters of international business law, including contract law, pre-litigation, and litigation.

Missions:

• Review, analyze, and draft contracts and legal documents (primarily in English)
• Support local teams worldwide in various operations, including pre-litigation legal risk assessments
• Conduct legal research and draft internal legal memos

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Are you the right fit?

Candidate profile:

• Master’s degree in business law or business school
• Possible legal training abroad
• Significant internships in business or legal departments
• Proficiency in English is essential; German is a plus
• Proficiency with Pack Office and legal research tools
• Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize, thoroughness
• Proactive and autonomous attitude

The internship duration is 6 months, starting as soon as possible. Location: Nanterre (accessible via RER Préfecture Nanterre or bus from La Défense). Compensation will be based on profile.
