Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

Objectives
  • strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
  • contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
  • improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
  • inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration

Duration: The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Master\'s in law / political science / international relations or 5+ years experience in lieu.
General experience
  • Cat. I: 10+ years / Cat. II: 5+ years in Elections / electoral assistance;
  • Human rights, democratisation;
  • Rule of law / civil society.
Specific experience
  • Election observation / assessment.
  • Electoral systems / administration / standards.
  • Familiarity with national election frameworks.
  • Understanding of election management bodies.
