• Expérience en protection des données, cyber-sécurité et régulations de plateformes.
• Anglais fluent requis.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les négociations des contrats avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.

Job Description

The Legal Counsel works at Accor’s headquarters in the Paris Suburban Area (Issy les Moulineaux). Within a team of 8 lawyers, under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel – Tech, the Legal Counsel handles legal issues related to innovative technologies and the digitalization of the Group. The role requires experience in transactional matters such as product development, contract drafting and negotiation, structuring innovation projects, and managing strategic tech partnerships, as well as regulating and protecting online content.

The Group is undergoing major changes in its core business applications for both corporate and hotel needs, engaging in negotiations with strategic service providers to drive these changes. Additionally, digital transformation, including the development of digital products and experiences, is a key ambition for Accor, involving innovative tools, platforms, and digital assets. The candidate must be agile, adaptable, and able to think critically, with a comprehensive approach to commercial issues involving all stakeholders (hotels, service providers, etc.).

Under the supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel Tech, the Legal Counsel – Tech, Digital & Innovation shall:

• Support digitalization projects, including AI and platform regulations, within the Group.
• Assist in deploying Digital and IT solutions for corporate and hotel use by supporting contract negotiations and managing relationships with strategic service providers.
• Support the deployment of the Group’s digital projects, policies, and strategies.
• Draft and update contract templates and processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, reflecting regulatory and policy evolutions.
• Promote the use of digital tools and templates at Group level, including training and presentations.

Any other tasks deemed necessary to protect the Group’s reputation and assets.

Qualifications

• Master of Law degree, ideally with a dual cursus.
• 6-8 years of experience in a corporate or international law firm environment.
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, data protection, e-commerce, platform regulations, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with stakeholders in an international, multicultural setting.
• Fluent English.
• Strong leadership, agility, adaptability, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and make an impact.
• Strong business acumen.
• Organizational skills, pragmatic approach, project management experience.
• Knowledge of compliance issues such as anti-corruption, sanctions, vigilance, and antitrust laws.
• Curiosity and ability to understand and implement sector regulations.
• Technologically savvy, with a good understanding of information systems and advanced technologies.
