The team you'll join :

Doctolib is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Product Compliance Legal Counsel based in Paris with extensive knowledge on marketing, advertising, digital, and privacy topics.

The role of the Product Compliance team at Doctolib is to co-build with the Tech & Product teams innovative, pragmatic, and sustainable legal solutions wherever we operate. As we are implementing more and more AI into our products, you will get the chance to work on innovative projects at a very exciting time in Doctolib's development.

As Product Compliance Legal Counsel, you will be a key member of the Legal team. You will join a team composed of skilled lawyers and will report directly to the Senior Leadership.

What You'll do :

Thanks to your experience in marketing, digital, and challenging environments you will :

1. Take great part in the medicalization of Doctolib by co-building our medical solutions;
2. Provide support and guidance to marketing teams (B2B and B2C digital marketing optimization of communication channels and advertising campaigns commercial prospecting);
3. Elaborate and enrich compliance policies, guidelines, and knowledge management systems;
4. Support our innovations on AI;
5. Participate in the development of awareness and training actions to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of our frameworks;
6. Follow ongoing regulatory and legislative developments on digital & e-health laws in Europe to properly advise the relevant teams on the latest developments and upcoming changes;
7. Support and collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the Legal team on various topics in all our countries.

Who you are :

1. You have 3 years experience as a lawyer in an international company / law firm or fast-paced environment;
2. You have knowledge and experience in marketing, advertising, and e-commerce law;
3. You have a deep understanding of privacy law and a good understanding of digital law;
4. You have excellent communication skills both oral and in writing;
5. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector;
6. You are fluent in French and English. German or Italian is a plus.
