Qualifications

Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advice, growing in a fast-paced and complex environment.

This new position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris.

What you'll do

1. Corporate: Assist with share transfers, keep corporate registers up to date, draft POAs, monitor company mergers, subsidiaries, and implementations.
2. Data Privacy: Assist with internal register updates, review data processing agreements, and update duplicate contract templates and guidelines.
3. Legal monitoring and research: Regularly provide legal updates and memos on new regulations, case law, contracts, privacy, and related laws.

Contracts

• Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts, including NDAs and commercial agreements such as Adserving and RTB addendums.
• Audit signed contracts to create a comprehensive mapping of the company's contract base.

About you

• Master's degree in business law or digital law.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build strong relationships across departments.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team spirit, proactive attitude, and a sense of confidentiality and respect.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience as a Legal Counsel intern in a digital environment.
• Comfortable with data privacy regulations and laws.
