Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and conduct research on laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of national and international contracts.
• Create guidelines, policies, and templates.
• Review marketing materials and campaigns.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate disputes and claims, including managing external counsel.
• Support the promotion of the Compliance Program.
• Advise and support the finance, tax, sales, and HR departments.
• Liaise with the HQ Legal Team.
• Assist in developing the Legal & Compliance Department.

Qualifications:

• French law qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm advising business clients.
• Full proficiency in French and English.
• Strong commercial sense and pragmatism.
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
