Description du poste

What is our ambition?

We believe that any network of retail locations aiming to improve the customer experience must engage both head office and in-store teams through a digital tool. Yet none of the major global software providers (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle…) currently make this possible.

Our ambition is to become the world’s first "Local Collaboration Platform", used by retail networks to engage their teams and enhance the customer experience both online and in-store.

This will be made possible by a strong focus on three key pillars:

- Customer satisfaction, by helping our clients succeed in their digital transformation projects

- Product simplicity, to make Partoo accessible even to the least tech-savvy users

- Collaboration between head office and stores, which is enabled throughout the product

RÔLE & IMPACT

As part of our ongoing growth and evolving business needs, we are looking to strengthen our legal team to ensure we can effectively manage and support key strategic and operational challenges.

This role is designed to provide critical support across the following areas:

- Commercial matters, including the review and negotiation of customer agreements

- Privacy & Compliance, with several ongoing initiatives related to GDPR, Sapin II, DORA, and broader compliance projects

- Legal Operations, such as process improvement, document management, and tracking of legal reviews.

MISSIONS

Working closely with and reporting to the Legal Manager, you will support all business units in France and internationally on a wide range of legal matters with a strong focus on contract negotiation, IP/IT law and compliance.

You will gain autonomy quickly, participate in cross-functional projects and contribute directly to the development of scalable legal processes.

- Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts (including SaaS B2B customer agreements, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs and amendments);

- Conduct contractual negotiations with internal and external stakeholders at a global scale;

- Support on contract lifecycle management (templates, playbooks, contract automation and legal ops improvements);

- Participate in compliance projects (including GDPR, anti-corruption/Sapin II and other applicable regulations);

- Drafting and updating contract templates;

- Participate in the implementation of internal process, legal documentation and legal ops tasks;

- Advise operational teams on applicable regulations (particularly in contract law, new technologies, intellectual property and personal data protection) ;

- Legal research & memo drafting on a variety of legal subjects.
